Meet Ari

The Full Story
Ari Booth, SHRM-SCP, is a strategic HR leader, consultant, and the author of NAVIGATE: Thrive Beyond Dysfunctional Leadership. With a decade of experience across the corporate, nonprofit, and entrepreneurial sectors, Ari is known for her unapologetic leadership voice and her ability to create clarity in the midst of chaos.
Her career has been shaped by navigating work environments where dysfunction, egos, and outdated systems often held people back. Rather than settle, Ari chose to rise—and now equips others to do the same. She wrote NAVIGATE for professionals who are ready to reclaim their power, heal from toxic leadership, and lead with boldness, purpose, and truth.
In addition to writing and consulting through her firm, Booth Consulting & Co., Ari serves as the Director of Strategy & Fund Development for Heart N Hands, a New Orleans-based nonprofit focused on heart health awareness and disease prevention for young girls aged 10-18 (heart disease is currently the number one cause of female mortality in the United States). She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management from American University (Kogod School of Business) and is obtaining a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations from The Pennsylvania State University. When she is not writing or consulting, you can find Ari avidly cheering for the Philadelphia Eagles during football season and spending time with family and friends in various parts of the world.
Through her work, writing, and voice, Ari is building a legacy of freedom-minded leadership rooted in faith, clarity, and impact.
